You will be responsible for developing comprehensive systems that position AI agents at the forefront of employee productivity—from request intake to resolution—significantly minimizing repetitive tasks and enabling employees to focus on impactful work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI-driven systems that autonomously manage employee support workflows by orchestrating LLM-powered agents.Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architectural design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring, adhering to AI-native SDLC practices.Create tools and integrations for agents to safely and effectively interact with internal systems such as ticketing, knowledge bases, and SaaS platforms.Implement observability measures—establish evaluations, trace reasoning paths of agents, and create feedback loops for continuous quality improvement.Engage in rapid iteration using production signals and user feedback to enhance model performance and workflow efficiency.Work collaboratively with product, operations, and platform teams to convert employee challenges into automated solutions with demonstrable results.Write clean, maintainable code, uphold engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation to foster a fast-paced and confident workflow.
