Weekday's Client is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer in Bengaluru. The focus is on driving business growth in the automotive and manufacturing industries, especially within electric vehicle components. This position combines technical knowledge with sales ability to promote complex solutions and build strong client partnerships.
What you will do
- Serve as the main connection between clients and internal engineering teams, making sure customer needs are understood and addressed.
- Work directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to spot and develop new business opportunities.
- Create proposals that clearly show value and match client requirements.
- Oversee the full sales process, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Support clients after sales to maintain satisfaction and encourage lasting business relationships.
- Explain technical concepts in a way that is clear and convincing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
