As a Senior Customer Quality Management Specialist, you will take charge of managing key customer relationships while ensuring top-notch quality for PS-IN products (both traded and manufactured in India). Your role will involve effective communication, engagement, and swift resolution of quality-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.You will be responsible for conducting thorough system-level investigations to identify root causes of quality issues and prepare detailed reports on 0-km and field issues for the customer’s operational team. Monitoring customer perceptions and defining strategic actions to boost satisfaction will be central to your tasks.Your responsibilities will also include conducting Product Hazard Analysis (PHA) and line walks for new customer projects, evaluating and managing customer requirements post-approval, and implementing these through plant quality protocols.Moreover, you will spearhead innovative projects, collaborating with external suppliers to ensure successful implementation at customer locations.
