Position: Senior Business Analyst
Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the energy, utilities, transmission & distribution, or grid integration sectors. You will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives within our Grid Integration Business Unit throughout the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and concept design to development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment. Your responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly articulated into actionable, testable, and value-driven requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Analyze current-state processes and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Support the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments
- Assist in solution feasibility analysis from both process and operational perspectives
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams (BPMN)
