Your expertise in RF engineering principles will be essential in designing and optimizing network coverage, performance, and capacity.Key Responsibilities:Conduct advanced monitoring and analysis of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Collaborate on the development of inter and intra-team processes aimed at enhancing system performance.Act as a KPI subject matter expert to boost network performance.Analyze statistical network performance data.Collect, process, and evaluate drive test data.Work alongside the operations team to troubleshoot network site issues.Examine data to identify the causes of equipment failures.Collaborate with fellow RF Engineers to assess and resolve technical challenges.Update fault databases with resolutions or actions taken.Engage in coverage, capacity, and performance initiatives.Contribute to internal processes for radio network design.Coordinate with federal, state, and local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with regulations and zoning.Develop, test, and validate RF feature plan proposals.Provide input on implementation guidelines for new features and technologies.Apply RF principles effectively in performance activities.Support engineering and technical staff as needed.
