What You Will Do as an Implementation ConsultantYou will be responsible for the successful launch of a new application or complete system.Your work will be split evenly between our office and on-site locations for our clients both domestically and internationally.Your goal is to help our clients operate more efficiently, saving them both time and money.Our client base is diverse, which means your tasks will vary. You will alternate between long-term projects and smaller optimization requests for different customers.As the crucial link between the client and our technical support team, you will ensure everything runs smoothly as users begin working with our software.Your role involves comprehensive participation in the implementation process of our Vanboxtel-WMS.By effectively communicating between the client and our developers, you will turn requests into solutions.You will start with an internal training program to familiarize yourself with our systems, the company, and your colleagues.
