What you will do
- Refine production control, material handling, manufacturing, and shipping processes to improve efficiency.
- Put strategic plans into action to help the company scale and operate more effectively.
- Lead projects that advance sustainability and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Director and Trexon corporate team to strengthen operational performance.
- Oversee work-in-progress and inventory to ensure shipment targets are met.
- Manage and support the Sales Team as direct reports.
