About the Role: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Engineer to spearhead business development, nurture existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a designated territory. This role primarily involves selling HVAC equipment and systems to a diverse clientele, including contractors, engineers, property managers, and building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aimed at surpassing sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting.
- Establish and sustain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.
- Conduct site visits and HVAC system assessments to effectively address client requirements.
- Draft and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
