Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Watchmaker Genomics as a Scientific Support Manager! This pivotal role calls for an experienced leader who will spearhead the development and expansion of our Scientific Support organization. You will be tasked with providing exceptional technical support to our customers while promoting operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enabling scientific advancements across our enzyme and NGS product portfolio.
As a key leader, you will manage our team of scientific support scientists, ensuring seamless integration with our Commercial and R&D teams. Your efforts will focus on creating scalable processes that improve customer satisfaction and expedite product adoption. This position is highly visible, lying at the intersection of technical support, product feedback, and laboratory-based support projects.
This role requires on-site presence, with travel expectations of up to 25% within the US and potentially internationally for client engagements, conferences, and significant events. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in genomics or molecular biology, complemented by experience in technical support, training, and commercial excellence.
