Role overview Toku is hiring a Business Development Representative Lead to direct demand generation efforts in Brazil. This leadership role shapes commercial strategy, builds and coaches a high-performing team, and maintains a strong pipeline to support ongoing growth. As Brazil is central to Toku’s regional expansion, this position plays a key part within the commercial division. Main responsibilities Lead the BDR team in Brazil, setting qualified meeting targets, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring sustainable results. Design and implement demand generation strategies tailored for the Brazilian market, identifying top industries, target segments, and new opportunities. Work closely with Sales to coordinate smooth handoffs from prospecting through closing, with a focus on improving conversion rates at each stage. Monitor and analyze business metrics such as productivity, conversion rates, lead quality, and channel performance. Apply insights to improve and scale outcomes. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and support in prospecting, discovery calls, objection handling, and scheduling valuable meetings. Streamline processes and tools for greater efficiency and scalability, overseeing CRM, outbound cadences, omnichannel strategies, reporting, and AI-driven prospecting where relevant. Serve as an internal resource on the Brazilian market, staying updated on payment trends, fintech developments, and buyer behavior to adjust commercial strategies as needed. Requirements More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation. At least 2 years leading sales teams, SDR/BDR groups, or similar functions. Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients. Strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills. Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decisions.
