Your Responsibilities:
- Boost productivity, equipment utilization, and production quality by optimizing robotic manufacturing processes, including methods, machine design, and tooling efficiency.
- Simplify workflows, address quality challenges, and lead robotics initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
- Establish and implement standardized processes for robotic cell operations, collaborating with production management to ensure compliance.
- Act as the project leader, coordinating timelines and activities across manufacturing, logistics, and design engineering to ensure seamless integration of robotics.
- Partner with the quality team to identify and resolve welding and component quality issues, ensuring adherence to standards and troubleshooting defects.
- Collaborate with robotic programmers and technicians to develop and maintain training programs, promoting a top-tier robotics organization.
