Working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, the Delivery Manager aligns platform product roadmaps with the needs of external-facing teams. The role emphasizes a culture of excellence by applying DORA metrics and structured incident management, ensuring foundational services remain scalable, compliant, and reliable. Leadership in this role means turning complex dependencies into clear, actionable plans that support both long-term platform stability and immediate business needs.
