Are You the One?
We are currently in search of a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team for a long-term assignment with a European Institution based in Brussels. This role focuses on document management, legislative lifecycle management, and providing policy and administrative support.
To meet our client's needs, you must be located within commuting distance of Brussels (approximately a 2-hour travel radius) to work on-site.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing expert insights into IT strategy and business architecture.
- Developing functional and non-functional requirements along with business case analyses.
- Conducting business process analysis and modeling.
- Gathering and specifying requirements using use cases.
- Creating and reviewing use cases and technical documentation with IT project teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Monitoring tasks and ensuring quality assurance for implementation deliverables.
- Acting as a mediator between end-users, technical analysts, IT consultants, and other stakeholders during the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IT systems for optimal operational performance.
- Collaborating with users to conduct functional requirements and business case analyses, negotiating desired functionalities.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through information systems and/or non-system-driven changes.
