Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek a seasoned professional adept at managing diverse new business opportunities derived from inbound inquiries, self-sourcing, outbound efforts, vendor partnerships, and referrals, guiding them from initial engagement to successful closure. This role encompasses requirement discovery, proposal crafting, and commercial negotiations.
The perfect fit will possess a background as a marketing or digital consultant or as a consultative sales executive, well-versed in B2B sales processes, particularly within the domains of digital marketing, digital transformation, CRM, or MarTech. The Account Executive will also be tasked with daily pipeline reporting and forecasting.
Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through:
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads throughout the sales journey.
- Identifying and targeting key companies, executing outbound sales strategies to engage decision-makers and influencers, nurturing relationships, and recognizing opportunities to progress through the sales funnel.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with HubSpot sales and customer success teams to collaboratively attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Key Performance Areas:
Sales Process Management for Prospects and Clients to Achieve Targets
- Guide prospects and clients from initial interest through the Huble sales pipeline, adhering to established protocols and making necessary adjustments to close deals, including:
- Conducting discovery sessions.
- Employing a consultative approach to assist in the development of proposals and commercial offerings.
- Creating and delivering impactful presentations showcasing solutions and pricing to potential clients.
- Responding to RFPs and tenders.
- Negotiating commercial and contractual terms.
- Presenting demonstrations of the HubSpot platform.
- Formulating strategies to meet and exceed established sales targets.
Sales Process Reporting
- Accurately documenting all sales activities within Huble’s systems, such as HubSpot and spreadsheets.
- Providing precise forecast reports.
- Tracking activity levels and strategizing to achieve sales objectives.
Lead Sourcing
- Collaborating closely with the Huble marketing team to ensure inbound lead generation within your designated territory.
- Proactively identifying prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) from various sources leading to qualified opportunities.
