Our client is currently developing affiliate management software through an external provider, aiming to make this solution available to other interested departments.
In this context, we seek a profile capable of gathering requirements from various departments, identifying gaps with existing developments, and ensuring effective coordination and communication.
Mission / Objectives
Gather and analyze functional requirements from each department (interviews, workshops, documentation).
Map existing functionalities and identify gaps by department.
Document needs: user stories, functional specifications, requirements, and prioritization.
Translate needs into actionable items for the provider (backlog, acceptance criteria, clarifications).
Act as a PM coordinator: follow up on actions, manage dependencies, and facilitate decision points.
Communicate development progress to departments (reporting, summaries, committees, minutes).
Facilitate alignment among our client, departments, and the provider (expectation management, arbitrations, priorities).
Contribute to preparing for multi-department deployment (planning, support, documentation, adoption).
Expected Deliverables
Needs analysis per department + gap matrix.
Prioritized backlog + user stories / specifications.
Minutes of workshops, decisions, and actions.
Progress reporting (simple KPIs, risks, planning, blockers).
Functional documentation useful for deployment (guides, processes, FAQs).
Required Skills
Business Analysis.
Facilitation of workshops, elicitation techniques, analysis and formalization of needs.
Ability to structure and prioritize (MoSCoW, value vs effort, etc.).
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
