In the role of Senior Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing new client relationships. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through marketing initiatives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring outstanding after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting dubizzle's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and manage client expectations to deliver an exceptional dubizzle experience.
- Consistently meet monthly targets related to renewals and new client acquisitions.
- Develop expertise in the Egyptian Real Estate market, leveraging both local insights and company data.
- Expand our market share by promoting our products to prospective clients.
- Schedule and lead meetings for client acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through dedicated account management services.
- Regularly update sales activity reports on the dashboard.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams on sales and client-related matters.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about relevant laws and local development news.
