Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer account maintenance requests received through various electronic channels such as Document Management Systems (DMS), Outlook email, Excel, and others.Responding to customer document requests in accordance with established procedures.Maintaining strict customer account privacy standards.Managing incoming customer correspondence, including returned mail, while adhering to all guidelines.Utilizing email, electronic queues, fax, and hardcopy processes effectively.Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
