Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide technical leadership and hands-on support to installation, commissioning, and service teams.Troubleshoot software, hardware, controls logic, communications, and network-related issues.Identify field discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and project teams. Commissioning, Testing & ValidationExecute and support point-to-point checkout, FAT/SAT, and site acceptance testing.Participate in Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Level 3–5 commissioning activities.Validate system functionality, including alarms, trends, sequences, graphics, and failover conditions.Assist with owner training and system documentation.
