- Responding to customer document requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintaining strict customer account privacy standards.
- Managing incoming customer correspondence, including returned mail, while adhering to all guidelines.
- Utilizing email, electronic queues, fax, and hardcopy processes effectively.
- Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
