In this essential role, you will provide compassionate and individualized care that fosters independence, dignity, and well-being. You will guide families through the decision-making process, ensuring they receive consistent follow-up and support every step of the way. Owning the entire family journey, from the initial conversation to the signed services agreement, encompasses both referral and digital leads.
This position is a high-impact, revenue-generating role, with approximately 30–35% of closes requiring in-home visits within the Charlotte metro area.
Responsibilities
Sales & Family Guidance
- Act as the primary closing resource for referrals generated by our Charlotte field team.
- Manage the complete family conversation from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Empathetically guide families through crucial care decisions with clarity and urgency.
- Perform in-home assessments as necessary to secure closures.
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Oversee all inbound leads from Meta and Google (approximately 90 per month).
- Respond to new digital inquiries promptly within 5-10 minutes during business hours.
- Keep detailed notes and stage tracking in Zoho CRM.
- Handle a high-volume pipeline of over 100 active leads.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with field advisors to ensure seamless transitions.
- Guarantee that no family falls through the cracks.
- Provide weekly reports on closures, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
