Join our dynamic team as a NICE CXOne Engineer where you'll leverage your expertise in Studio scripting, IVR development, routing design, and API integrations. In this pivotal role, you will work hands-on with NICE InContact CXOne solutions within cloud-based environments. Your collaboration with architecture teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams will be crucial in designing, developing, and supporting cutting-edge contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across various agencies.
- Design and implement call flows while integrating backend systems through APIs.
- Oversee NICE Business Units (BU) and play a role in solution design and network optimization.
- Develop routing design and implement it for contact center technologies.
- Work closely with Architecture teams to design, develop, deploy, and utilize APIs.
- Provide technical support and resolve scripting issues effectively.
- Facilitate communication and resolution of issues with multiple technical teams during production incidents.
- Assess support tickets with agency leadership and ensure issue resolution across teams.
