Business Development Executive

The FOS team has been instrumental in rapidly establishing our presence in the market, overtaking incumbents within just 18 months of our product launch. We are expanding our team to enhance our capabilities and drive Apna's next phase of growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will engage in proactive hunting activities to acquire new SMB customers, execute effective cold calling strategies, and close long-term deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily client visits to promote Apna’s hiring solutions.
- Generate leads and share relevant market data with your manager.
- Handle customer objections regarding products, pricing, and competition.
- Assess client business needs to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of clients and assist them in posting their first job.
- Build market references and drive organic revenue growth.
- Act as an ambassador for the Apna brand, effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
- Enhance Apna's brand visibility through distribution of marketing materials and networking.
