Engage in proactive outreach to new and prospective clients through outbound calls.
Convert free-tier users into paid customers by promoting plan upgrades to increase customer lifetime value.
Encourage referrals and positive feedback from clients to amplify word-of-mouth marketing.
Achieve or surpass targets for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.
Utilize CRM software to maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads.
Demonstrate our product to potential clients to evaluate product-market fit and minimize churn.
Work productively both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
