You will manage related activities, projects, and developments within this scope.Your key responsibilities include:Leading IT service management activities, including user support, video conferencing, mobile telephony, printing services, etc.Conducting on-site actions within your scope.Monitoring production, inventory, and billing (indicators, volumes, etc.).Managing contracts and associated budgets.As the administrator for industrial PCs maintained by the IS department:Ensure MCO and MCS for Industrial PCs at the sites: updating operating systems, configuring and securing systems, ensuring proper function of business software, analyzing logs, and processing data.Manage associated documentation: installation and configuration files, security documentation, architecture files, test logs.Implement standards and processes as well as operational security rules in collaboration with the site security officers.Common tasks:Review and validate user requests (instruction, verification, initiation, monitoring, compliance checks), conduct acceptance testing, and ensure user satisfaction.Propose, support, and lead projects and developments within the scope.Manage escalations and reporting to management.Communicate with users and support changes.Lead operational committees and project steering committees.As the site’s IS reference, you will ensure compliance with standards, processes, and operational security rules.This position is based in Cherbourg, requiring frequent travel to the Nantes, Brest, and Saclay sites.
