As a Boutique Key Holder at Dior, you will serve as the brand ambassador, passionately promoting the essence and values of Dior Maison. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations when management is unavailable, including exceptional customer service, cash management, inventory oversight, maintaining store cleanliness, conducting security checks, and supervising staff during opening and closing hours. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be essential in adhering to company protocols while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clientele.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS:
- Execute opening procedures by arriving before store hours to deactivate security systems and prepare the boutique for service.
- Handle end-of-day closing tasks, including cash counting, sales report completion, and security system activation.
- Act as a team leader in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Train new hires, delegate tasks to Beauty Consultants, and monitor staff performance to provide support during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized boutique environment, including visual merchandising and addressing any maintenance concerns.
- Participate in all offsite seasonal training programs provided by Dior.
- Exhibit impeccable grooming standards aligned with Dior's guidelines, including wearing the official uniform.
- Handle merchandise safely and efficiently, ensuring proper movement and display.
SELLING DIOR:
- Engage in both in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for clients.
- Drive sales of Dior products by understanding clients' needs and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, adhering to the D. I. O. R. customer service approach:
- Provide exceptional hospitality, welcoming customers both at the counter and throughout the boutique.
- Build authentic connections by understanding clients' needs through engaging conversations.
- Present and demonstrate personalized product recommendations, including makeup, fragrance, and skincare, while suggesting complementary products.
- Share Dior's storytelling passionately, educating clients about the brand and products.
- Meet retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs regularly. Stay informed on personal sales performance and goals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, product categories, and competition.
