Handle operational tasks such as placing purchase orders, tracking freight, resolving production issues, processing invoices, analyzing procurement data, and monitoring inventory levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HelloFresh distribution centers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventory alignment with production needs. Hold suppliers accountable for delivery and quality. Address operational, purchasing, or quality issues with suppliers promptly and professionally. Lead meetings with warehouse and procurement teams to prepare for weekly operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
