Role Overview
As a Product Leader, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team and engage directly with U. S.-based founders. Your role will be pivotal in aligning business requirements with product execution, guiding the team through compliance workflows and marketplace intricacies to craft clear, actionable product strategies. You will play a critical role in understanding user needs, advancing the product, and ensuring quality delivery, all while being hands-on with backlog prioritization, prototyping, and ensuring our solutions are accessible and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of the business model, user requirements, and platform workflows to guide product decisions.
Design and refine low to high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts before development.
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and user value.
Lead QA processes to ensure high-quality feature delivery that meets acceptance criteria.
Act as a liaison between engineering, design, and stakeholders, driving initiatives forward.
Effectively communicate progress, trade-offs, and obstacles to U. S.-based founders and stakeholders in English.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within technology sectors.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to interact comfortably with U. S.-based founders.
Skilled in creating prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma or similar.
Demonstrated strong product intuition and user empathy, especially for non-technical or vulnerable end-users.
Experienced in backlog management and agile methodologies.
Hands-on approach to QA: capable of testing features, writing test cases, and identifying issues.
Adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
