Participate in setting and achieving site-specific goals and objectives. Review route schedules daily, working with Logistics Operations Planning to resolve any issues. Provide mentoring and guidance to your team, ensuring effective performance management and leadership development. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including maintaining yard cleanliness and performing GEMBA walks. Facilitate timely communication with internal teams. Coordinate and monitor inventory movement through warehouse workflows, adjusting assignments as needed to meet business demands. WORKING CONDITIONS Physical requirements include frequent vehicle entry and exit, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 60 lbs). You will work in varied environments, including outdoors in various weather conditions and in potentially noisy or dusty areas. Flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with the ability to spend extended periods in an office setting using computers. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. At least 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience. Demonstrated expertise in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
