Key Responsibilities: Assess property occupancy status—determining if the property is occupied or vacant.Evaluate property condition by rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor.Utilize your smartphone to take clear, detailed photographs of the property.Complete assessment forms using a downloadable mobile app.Answer multiple-choice questions regarding the condition of the property. Qualifications: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.Reliable transportation is essential; vehicles with good gas mileage are preferred.A smartphone (Android or iPhone) is required.Access to a printer/scanner is necessary.A desktop/laptop or tablet is needed for printing assignment forms. Compensation and Workload:Your income will depend on your location and the volume of inspections you complete. Most inspectors can perform several inspections per hour, and rural areas may offer higher pay per inspection. The more efficiently you complete inspections, the more assignments you will receive. This position operates on a 1099 contractor basis, with no resume required.
