This position necessitates adept operation and troubleshooting of various systems, automation of testing processes, and collaboration with design engineers to address system anomalies, all while upholding the highest safety standards.WHAT YOU’LL DOConduct structural, dynamic, and environmental testing on drones, missiles, and spaceflight hardware.Lead comprehensive test campaigns, including test plan development, system activation, test operations, data analysis, and equipment design/fabrication.Create detailed work instructions to guide technicians in the fabrication and integration of testing articles and equipment.Operate and troubleshoot data acquisition and control systems, wiring, and instrumentation, as well as thermal chambers, electrodynamics shakers, and fluid power systems.Automate repetitive test operations to enhance efficiency and safety.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proficient in testing methodologies and data analysis techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.Experience with automation tools and software development.
