You will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive excellence across various systems including PCBA, box-level electronics, electro-optical instruments, and integrated spacecraft systems.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in addressing complex technical challenges with creative, practical solutions in fast-paced and resource-constrained environments.
