This role will involve working with the testing organization to identify gaps in test coverage and to take ownership of the design and delivery of hardware and software testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully delivering turnkey test solutions for electronic components and systems, along with a strong background in hardware, software, integration, and sustainment.

Your work will involve data acquisition and physical layer interfaces utilizing FPGA, MCU, and standard equipment to ensure our products meet high-quality standards before delivery to our clientele. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary design team, you will manage requirements, develop custom circuits, and design complex assemblies and harnesses. Additionally, you will partner with firmware engineers to create board support packages for embedded Linux and facilitate the development of MCU RTOS platforms. This position demands innovative thinking and a proactive approach to resolving challenging testing issues, with a focus on continuously improving our automation methods, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.
