WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage in the complete lifecycle of PCB design, from gathering requirements to schematic design, component selection, layout supervision, system integration, testing, debugging, and final deployment.
- Design and develop fuzing circuitry for missile systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with vehicle development teams to create, document, and manufacture customized fuzing systems and effectors.
- Generate comprehensive system interconnect diagrams and specify wire harness designs that link electronic components within vehicles.
- Provide cross-functional support and collaboration within air vehicle subsystem development parameters.
- Conduct vendor assessments and evaluations to facilitate component sourcing for system development.
- Participate in peer-level and interdisciplinary design reviews to enhance project outcomes.
- Assemble and rigorously test system components through laboratory, ground, and flight evaluations.
- Develop low-level firmware essential for system bring-up and testing procedures.
- Perform root cause analyses to troubleshoot issues encountered during field operations.
