Join our team as an Injection Molding Machine Technician, where you will be responsible for preparing and adjusting injection molding machines throughout the production process. Your role will include assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and preservation of machines and equipment to minimize mechanical downtime. You will prepare and regulate machines, implement improvements in injection processes, manage mold changes, and conduct maintenance, assembly, and disassembly of molds. Additionally, you will perform repairs on injection machines, including mechanical and hydraulic systems, supervise and guide the team in operating the injection molding machines, monitor the achievement of established goals, and control machine parameters and adjustments. Your contribution will be essential in enhancing the production processes and improving plastic manufacturing efficiencies.
