About the Role:
Moomoo Financial is in search of an exceptional Premier Client Service Specialist to provide unparalleled support to our high-net-worth (HNW) and premier clientele. This pivotal role focuses on delivering a white-glove service experience through account onboarding, asset transfers, and proactive relationship management, emphasizing client understanding and retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, consultative professional with extensive platform knowledge, dedicated to fostering long-term trust with our most valued clients and ensuring an exceptional service experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, adeptly addressing complex inquiries related to equities, options, margin, and account management.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process for premier clients, including account funding and stock transfers, with a focus on corporate accounts.
- Continuously monitor client relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver dedicated support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
