You will serve as the primary contact for clients utilizing SkyGeo’s monitoring solutions, focusing on customer retention. Once the initial data is delivered, your role will evolve into engaging users in the validation, visualization, and optimization of complex datasets to maximize their value.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage gross renewal rates and net revenue retention.Assist clients in expanding their use of InSAR data and enhance their ROI.Onboard and train both new and existing clients on InSAR applications.Organize and structure digital assets for analytics regarding user experience throughout the lifecycle.Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Optimize the Customer Success program and processes tailored to various user personas utilizing our remote sensing applications.Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of the Customer Success program.Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Product teams, SkyGeo Academy, and others to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
