Join Culina Group as a Solutions Development Manager and play a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions within our Commercial department. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance our service offerings and improve operational efficiency.We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in solutions development who can manage projects effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will guide the design and delivery of solutions that meet our clients' needs and align with our organizational goals.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF, alternating between 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM and 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM.Salary: £33,456 per year.Assist the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors in conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.Conduct return-to-work interviews for team members.Lead and inspire your team to ensure productivity targets are met.Foster the development and training of all team members to maximize their contributions.Facilitate daily briefings to keep the team informed about essential updates.Ensure compliance with the company’s Health & Safety and hygiene policies across all warehouse areas.Achieve shift performance objectives effectively.Optimize resource utilization to its fullest potential consistently.
