This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your material engineering expertise while contributing to impactful infrastructure developments in the region.Conduct daily oversight of site activities to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.Monitor the delivery, storage, and utilization of materials on-site.Ensure work executed aligns with design specifications.Maintain compliance with project requirements among all stakeholders.Verify adherence to the Project Quality Plan (PMC & Contractor).Address non-compliance issues through the Site NCR process.Collaborate with the Contractor and PMC Operations Team on site-related matters.Guide the PMC Operations Team on Site NCR issues, including CAPA and follow-ups.Assist in Method Statement, ITP, and material reviews.Engage in punch lists, testing, and commissioning monitoring and verification.Participate in project-related meetings to discuss site quality issues.Track quality assurance progress and identify potential trends, including Quality Alerts.Produce comprehensive weekly and/or ad hoc quality reports for the Quality Manager and Project Manager.Possess extensive experience with landscape, roads, sewerage, water, irrigation, and stormwater materials.Familiarity with detailed drawings, specifications, health, and safety measures, along with any updates.Ensure contractor compliance with contract standards and specifications.Maintain records of contractor personnel and equipment resources on-site.Perform site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).Maintain daily communication with the contractor to ensure efficient resource management, health and safety, and equipment availability.Prepare daily reports for the RE or ARE, detailing work orders, material deliveries, and inspection programs.Implement site instructions issued by the RE and ARE.Apply all quality controls and procedures on-site.Conduct site measurements and surveying checks as required.
