Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM infrastructure and authentication systems. Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for both enterprise and web applications. Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, and adaptive authentication policies. Troubleshoot IAM components, including policy servers, web agents, federation services, and connectors. Oversee user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Ensure IAM systems remain highly available, optimized for performance, and properly scaled. Analyze logs, monitor systems, and proactively identify issues. Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and meeting service level agreements. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate IAM solutions. Support security audits, compliance requirements, and access governance activities. Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Participate in change management and release cycles. Continuously assess and enhance IAM processes, security posture, and system efficiency.
