Importance of This PositionThe Process Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the design and execution of projects focusing on wastewater, water, and solid waste treatment. This encompasses all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design to testing and commissioning. The position demands effective collaboration with internal teams, external designers, and suppliers to guarantee that projects are completed safely, within the timeline, budget, and in accordance with performance and regulatory standards.The Process Manager reports to the Project Manager or Technical Manager and serves as the primary process liaison across various engineering disciplines.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the design and technical implementation of projects related to water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment.Oversee process-related tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle, including design, testing, and commissioning phases.Coordinate with external designers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.Ensure all process designs adhere to safety, performance, quality, budget, and schedule criteria.Deliver timely and precise process information to support other disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) for coordinated project execution.Assist the Project Manager or Technical Manager with technical insights, risk assessment, and problem resolution.Ensure adherence to relevant local standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
