Your Role
As an Account Executive II, you will oversee a designated sales region and be tasked with achieving your quota within that territory.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, generating, qualifying, and sealing new business opportunities for both existing and prospective customers. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle and develop a go-to-market strategy that encompasses both direct and indirect sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture new and existing accounts in your assigned territory.
- Create and maintain a strategic territory sales plan that serves as your roadmap to success.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting across all product lines.
- Conduct sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and account management throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate whitespace data on customer accounts and key prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers (SEs), Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and your wider team to achieve territory objectives.
- Work in alignment with the Channel team and partners to deliver exceptional value to our customers and BeyondTrust.
- Coordinate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to ensure comprehensive coverage of your total addressable market.
- Participate in corporate trade shows and industry events.
- Track and manage your sales pipeline activity using Salesforce.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations for prospects, customers, and partners.
- Lead the response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for your accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including leading sales meetings and collaborating with your SE and partner network to close deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, assessing how their needs align with the BeyondTrust product offerings.
- Document and understand customers’ business and IT strategies, priorities, and goals, ensuring accurate capture in the CRM system.
