About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Professional Services Sales , an enterprising leader with extensive knowledge in enterprise consulting and a commitment to customer success.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the global sales strategy for our IBM Maximo and EAM professional services offerings. You will cultivate relationships with major enterprise clients, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead high-value contracts that revolutionize business operations.
This role emphasizes vision, relationship-building, and achieving results. You’ll serve as the face of MaxAccelerate in the marketplace: driving growth, inspiring clients, and shaping the future of EAM solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the Professional Services sales strategy for IBM Maximo, MAS 9, and EAM transformation initiatives.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across essential sectors (utilities, transport, manufacturing, government).
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and secure multi-year service agreements.
- Work closely with our delivery and marketing teams to synchronize resources and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent MaxAccelerate at industry conferences, IBM partner summits, and webinars.
- Broaden adjacent service lines, including MAS upgrades, managed services, and AI-driven reporting (DataMax AI).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in professional services or EAM sales, preferably with IBM Maximo or comparable enterprise software.
- Proven experience in strategic sales leadership and enterprise consulting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
