About the job
As a Solution Architect at OGD, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients. You will translate business requirements directly into clear IT solutions for operational management, focusing on modern workplaces, helpdesk services, cloud solutions, and service management. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and project managers to ensure every element of the proposal is precise, achievable, and compelling. As the main point of contact for clients, you will provide targeted advice on the most suitable solutions from the OGD service portfolio.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing client needs and translating them into concrete IT solutions.
- Conceptualizing comprehensive outsourcing service solutions, covering aspects such as workplace management, helpdesk, and service management.
- Clearly outlining costs and actively contributing to optimal pricing strategies from the provider's perspective.
- Delivering substantive input for tenders, ensuring that the information about the solution aligns with client needs and functional requirements. You will compellingly substantiate why this is the best choice for the client. While you will not write technical documentation, you will collaborate on finding the most suitable solutions. The proposal manager will compile this input into a complete and persuasive offer.
- Receiving input from technical teams and translating it into understandable, persuasive presentations for management, both internally and externally. Your focus will be on making technical content comprehensible rather than delving into intricate details.
- Actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to arrive at the best solutions for outsourcing services.
