In your daily routine, you will:
- Manage contracts and suppliers
- Oversee service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, reception, among others)
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service levels
- Conduct regular performance meetings and action plans
- Support RFP/RFQ processes and supplier approvals
- Manage building operations and maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil)
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance
- Address incidents and operational problems
- Manage costs, budget, and invoice control
- Track expenses, identify deviations, and propose optimizations
- Seek operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Invoices: Receive, validate, and forward for payment
- Space management: Assist in organizing and optimizing corporate spaces
- Monitor layout changes and internal movements
- Control occupancy and utilization of environments
- Employee experience
- Ensure quality of services provided in offices
- Act as a focal point for internal demands
- Manage requests and indicators
- Monitor and act on requests
- Create and track performance indicators
To participate in our process, you need to have:
- Completed higher education (Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields)
- Solid experience in Corporate Facilities
- Experience in managing suppliers and contracts
- Experience with budget control (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Knowledge in building maintenance (basic infrastructure)
- Experience with SLA management and indicators
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Good communication and ability to relate to stakeholders
