We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to assist in establishing and scaling an exceptional enterprise engagement framework.
This position will oversee a portfolio of our largest customers in the United States, all of whom operate under multi-year contracts. You will serve as the primary business partner, ensuring customers gain maximum value from their investment while uncovering opportunities for increased usage across various teams and products.
This is a pivotal role; you won’t just manage accounts, you will help design the processes, structures, and standards that define how JetBrains engages with enterprise clients globally.
