Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor effective skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee the execution of behavior-analytic interventions by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for behavioral intervention needs.
- Supervise aspiring BCBAs seeking certification on a weekly basis.
- Engage in various typical BCBA responsibilities.
