The ideal candidate will take on the following responsibilities:Deliver engineering design for structural engineering projects.Oversee and support all phases of structural engineering projects, including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, reports, design review, and construction drawing coordination.Collaborate with the design team to ensure the design intent is effectively integrated into construction documentation and specifications.Engage with project managers and design teams during construction, providing responses to inquiries, clarifications, site visits, issue resolution, and review of submittals and shop drawings.Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, regulators, and agencies.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, financial records, client communications, and project schedules.Prepare technical documents and ensure accuracy through Quality Assurance reviews at various project phases.Contribute to planning, cost development, and scheduling for assigned projects.Participate in marketing and business development initiatives, including the creation of project proposals and offering technical expertise.

Maintain accurate inspection records and related documentation. Tracking, tools, and process improvement Track regulatory tasks and inspection status across projects. Develop and update dashboards and detailed status reports. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows. Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint. Cross-functional coordination Collaborate with engineering, field services, and external agencies. Help prioritize tasks and resolve escalations as they occur. Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
