HealingUS Centers is searching for a passionate and proactive Community Liaison to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this impactful role, you will play a key part in fostering and nurturing connections with community organizations, stakeholders, and service providers to improve awareness and access to our comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the principal point of contact for community partners, organizations, and agencies.
- Creating and executing outreach strategies to engage various community groups and highlight our services.
- Delivering presentations and informational sessions aimed at educating the community on mental health and substance use issues.
- Facilitating effective communication among clients, families, and external organizations to ensure coordinated care.
- Identifying community needs and collaborating with local agencies to address them.
- Participating in community events, health fairs, and workshops to bolster visibility and engagement.
- Collecting community feedback to enhance our services and outreach initiatives.
- Maintaining precise records of outreach activities and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs.
