Your primary responsibility will be to work individually with children, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities, while also addressing challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training to ensure you feel prepared and empowered to assist each child, regardless of your prior experience. Given the unpredictable nature of children, physical stamina is crucial, as you will need to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift or carry children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
