Apply Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety procedures, and industry regulations throughout all processes. Maintain and enhance warehouse management systems (WMS) to support precise inventory tracking and efficient workflows. Lead and develop the warehouse team, handling hiring, training, performance evaluations, and shift planning. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment. Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve discrepancies as they arise. Keep thorough records, prepare performance reports, and assist with both internal and external audits. Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and control costs within the warehouse.

Identify patterns and trends in data quality defects, performing root-cause analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis to resolve complex data challenges.3. Create Data Quality analytical reports to equip operational and tactical data stewards with tools for monitoring and addressing Data Quality defects.4. Design Data Quality Dashboards to empower senior management and business managers with effective visual monitoring tools to track the progress of data defect resolution.5. Work in tandem with other business units that source and utilize data to align expectations, develop requirements, and create and execute test plans to effectively support production processes.6. Formulate data remediation strategies for data failures to meet established standards, enhancing data quality levels, and measure progress post-execution to ensure successful remediation.7. Implement the data governance framework, including data management, operational models, data policies, and standards, to facilitate smooth operational processes.8. Evaluate changes in Reference Data to confirm alignment with set quality standards, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.9. Engage in necessary research and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore and adopt new technology trends and complex data governance use cases, thereby enhancing the enterprise data governance model.10.
